Do you want to jump start a healthy new diet? Spending way too much money on eating out during the week? Learn how to meal prep! Meal prepping is preparing meals in a batches and creating individual portion sizes so your food is ready to go when it comes time to eat. Preparing healthy foods at the beginning of the week gets your jump started to a successful week! Danni McGhee, our Plant-Based Nutrition Coach, will come to your home and educate you on meal prepping. A grocery and supply list will be provided at the time of booking so you may prepare your kitchen. We'll work side by side as we cook and juice together! DAM Good Vegan does supply the meal prep containers, slow juicer, juice bottles, and grocery and supply lists. You will also receive a copy of Danni's e-Book, Cooking with Danni: Plant-Based Cooking.
