Green Dream Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • a banana

  • 2 cups kale, de-stemmed

  • 8 oz coconut water or coconut milk

  • handful of cashews, soaked

  • 2 medjool dates, soaked and pitted

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup ice

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Instructions:

Add banana, kale, coconut water or milk, cashews, dates and protein powder to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Garnish with chia seeds. Enjoy! 💚
