Green Dream Smoothie
Ingredients:
a banana
2 cups kale, de-stemmed
8 oz coconut water or coconut milk
handful of cashews, soaked
2 medjool dates, soaked and pitted
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Instructions:
Add banana, kale, coconut water or milk, cashews, dates and protein powder to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Garnish with chia seeds. Enjoy! 💚
