Have you ever been curious about why others choose to eat a plant-based diet? Or what it could mean to you and your health if you stop consuming meat, dairy, and eggs?

We kicked off our first meeting of the Rawsome Book & Film Club last night and we had so much fun discussing what we've learned over the last week. This month, we are reading The China Study, the most comprehensive study of nutrition ever conducted. Written by Dr. T. Colin Campbell and his youngest son, Dr. Tom Campbell, this book has already started out to be a game changer. The information and research shared literally blows my mind.

Diabetes, cancer, and heart disease are PREVENTABLE diseases that continue to kill us at a steadily increasing rate because we choose to ignore the connection between what we eat and how our bodies respond to it. GET THIS BOOK! You will feel compelled to examine your current dietary choices after studying the information presented here.

In the first three chapters, we learned that eating a meat, dairy, and eggs are scientifically proven to be harmful to our health. By eating a omnivorous diet, you are increasing your risks to tons of life threatening diseases, illnesses, and conditions. The numbers and facts are alarming, but what's more shocking is most of us do not know this information!

Would your mind be blown if you knew that you could actually turn cancer off and on???
