Danni Gaulden, founder of DAM Good Vegan, is a Plant-Based Nutrition Coach dedicated to inspiring and encouraging individuals to choose healthy vegan options to improve their health and overall well-being. She provides guidance on the principles of plant-based nutrition while introducing fun and easy ways to incorporate healthier options into their already busy lifestyle. When you work with her, you will be empowered and equipped with all the knowledge and tools you need to make healthier choices every day.

 

DAM Good Vegan promotes eating a plant-based diet as the best way to optimal health and wellness. We offer online courses to help our students become empowered to navigate in a world that doesn't always make healthy, nutritious options convenient and accessible, and support you through our membership site that gives you access to 100+ plant-based recipes PLUS grocery & shopping lists, instructional cooking videos, education on detoxing, and weekly live Q&A calls!

What will I gain by attending this seminar?
This seminar includes daily workshops and cooking demos.  By the end of the 7-day seminar, you will gain the basic knowledge and principles of plant-based nutrition, how to prepare healthy nutritious meals, how to find vegan options while you're away from home, detoxing information, plus so much more.  There will also be Q&A sessions following each workshop and cooking demo.

If you answered yes to any of those questions, then this seminar is for you.  Our daily workshops and cooking demos will give you the insight to living a vegan lifestyle, eating a healthy plant-based diet, and taking control of your health.
Where is the seminar hosted?
This virtual seminar will be held via zoom, so you will need to download the zoom app to your phone, tablet, or computer to access the seminar. Seminar access information will be emailed to you 24 hours before the seminar begins. We will use the email that you used at registration. You will also get daily reminders one hour and 5 minutes before each workshop/cooking demo begins.
What does the VIP Ticket includes?
Only 20 VIP Tickets available. This ticket includes a private virtual lunch with Danni ($25 Lunch voucher included), your plant-based nutrition coach for this seminar, a private session on Sunday, a copy of her book, Ready To Go Vegan, and access to the workshop and cooking demo replays.
