We’ll start by helping you uncover your personal “why” for going vegan and releasing the pressure to be perfect. You’ll learn how to approach this lifestyle in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and sustainable — especially if you’re balancing work, family, and real life.
You’ll also watch a live cooking demo where I show you what vegan breakfasts actually look like, including smoothies, overnight oats, chia pudding, and tofu scramble — simple options you can rotate all week long.

Description:
This is the day that removes the confusion.
On Day 2, we get practical and actionable. You’ll learn exactly what vegans eat day to day, how to set up your kitchen for success, and how to shop and prep food in a way that supports balanced meals.
During the cooking demo, I’ll show you realistic vegan lunch ideas, including a balanced salad and my favorite veggie sandwich — meals that are filling, flavorful, and easy to repeat.

Description:

Day 3 is about making this lifestyle work in real life, not just in theory. We’ll talk through the situations that usually trip people up: dining out, social events, family gatherings, kids, holidays, and those moments when motivation fades.
You’ll also watch a live dinner demo featuring eggplant meatballs, a comforting, familiar meal that shows vegan food can still feel satisfying and family-friendly.
This is also where I’ll share how to stay consistent long-term and introduce The Vegan Skillet as the place to continue your journey with ongoing support.

Where is the masterclass hosted?
This virtual masterclass will be held via zoom, so you will need to download the zoom app to your phone, tablet, or computer to access the masterclass. Masterclass access information will be emailed to you 24 hours before the masterclass begins. We will use the email that you used at registration. You will also get daily reminders one hour and 5 minutes before each workshops begins.
